With the coming of spring we are hoping for a turn in this real estate market. Spring is the normal, cyclical turn towards more buyers getting out and buying new homes. The past couple of years has sure have made me question this statement, but this spring the real estate market (so far) seems to be increasing in activity like it’s supposed to. The home loan interest rates are incredibly low so expect to have some of the lowest payments to loan amount that you’ve seen in a long, long time.
